During my stay, I faced noisy disturbances from fellow guests partying in the spa area, which disrupted the tranquil ambiance I was hoping for. the limited breakfast options were disappointing. I had to pay extra for eggs, and the coffee served was subpar. To make matters worse, there were not enough staff members available at reception to address concerns promptly, as I had to wait a long time for assistance.

We stayed in the Family Two-Bedroom Suite with Mountain View, which was impressively spacious with a cozy nook for family gatherings. The recently updated decor made it feel fresh and inviting. Every morning woke up to stunning mountain views that truly enhanced our experience. The heated ski locker room was a fantastic convenience, ensuring our gear was warm and dry for the next day on the slopes.
